Need a fix...(fixed)

If there are spots in the silkspan that I applied to the fuselage that appear to loosen up when I apply primer presumably because it isn't adhering to the wood, is there a way to get dope under it short of sanding it off and starting fresh?

The finish starts with the first piece of wood cut

If you didn't want to take up the silk span I would get a hypodermic needle and inject thin CA under it. It will harden and look different but a few coats of primer and sanding should take care of it. Good luck.

Phil,
I stuck some down once that did the same thing by poking a series of holes in the spots with a pin then rubbing dope through with my finger, but I didn't have any primer on yet.

Fixed it......I dribbled thinner on the loose spots while rubbing over them with my finger, until it melted the layers of dope together. Looks ok now.
Thanks for the advice folks,
Phil
