If humidity is making you slow,
and to the Nats, you fear to go,
Allay all fears such as these,
The answer is plain, desiccant VGs.

Well, I have an earth shaking yet obvious prediction on who will win the Walker Trophy at the NATS:

the competitor with the highest score during the Fly-Off...........

BIG Bear
RNMM/AMM

Uhhhh !!  that would not do it.. The competitor has to have at least 2 scores that total more than the average of the other pilots scores,
So a pilot could have the highest score but still fail to win....   Bummer huh?

Designed to keep one killer flight from winning. Depends on how you look at it. Is one amazing flight worth more than 2 or 3 very, very good flights? Just depends on your point of view.

There are questions about P.W. going I heard that Orestes will be there, so here is my prediction. The west coast participation willapparently be light.

1) Hunt
2) Derek
3) Doug Moon
4) Orestes
5) Oliver or Wieder

If P.W is coming, put him in 4th and every one else moves down one.

Hey, it's a 2500 miles one way. I'm surprised any folks get there from the west coast.

I agree, Randy.  It is not fair for the number of great fliers on the West Coast.

Soon you will see
The Moon is new
A little less than two weeks
And the JCT will be blue

I meant to mention that yesterday saw a waxing Moon.

It's OK with me.  I kinda enjoy the trip.

Probably more West Coast stunt fliers (the great ones, anyhow) are volunteers running the contest than are contestants.

That's odd I thought I saw Paul flying today. So I know there was at least 2 great west coast fliers, flying today. I also think they had rat droppings on their wings.

Among the West Coast people helping out were Dave Fitzgerald, Ted and Shareen Fancher, Lanny Shorts, and Bruce Hunt.  I think they outnumber those of us flying.

When he flies, Dave has more VGs now than any of the rest of us.
