Don,
I bought your Corsair plans a while ago and hand cut the ribs and did a mock-up of the wing to get an idea of the span and mechanisims. I ended up with a gross incidence problem between the center rib and the crook where the wing begins to have dihedral. ENTIRELY MY FAULT as I traced the problem to me hand cutting the spar cutouts inaccurately. The outbd. panels turned out fine.
Short of a Laser cut set of ribs (Day dreaming...), what's the best way to cut the spar cuts out accurately? I thought of a rib center line and a verticle line 90 deg. to that? Can I some how stack these and cut them all at once (table saw)? Not much experience "scratch-building" large models.
