joey. has anyone beside the van sants qualified for the world f2a championship from usa as a father and son entry?

Richard and John Stubblefield, F2D, 1985.

OK, not "A", but still a father and son on a US F2 team.  A lot more unlikely with 40 entries in the TT.

If I read the results of the F2A team selection properly, it was James Vansant that qualified as a Junior. His Dad, Glen, is not on the team. In fact, by the FAI rules, at the World Champs, Glen will not be allowed to help James, it must fall to the rest of the F2A team.

I have been attempting to attach a Jpeg scan of the excel Sheet with the results now for hours...I give up....

Yes, posting a file here is not easy. You need to click on "Additional Options" in the message panel.
