Results for the DMAA Spring Warm-up Contest

Results for the DMAA Spring Warm-up Contest on 04/25 & 04/26, 2009 AMA Sanction #09-0342.
 

This event was weathered out with wind gusts at 35mph and some rain both days, the DMAA club members, CD and the ED all agreed to not fly any events in the current conditions each day by 10:30AM.

I did get to practice setting up the safty net and taking it down...

Great group shot. I can still remember coming out to the field the year I was down there going to acompany school.  So windy a little mouse took off down wind.  Half lap later it was about 4 foot off the ground and not going anywhere.  The carrier deck was not even set up that year.  One of the worst wind burns I have ever had.  Worse than a sun burn.  DOC Holliday
