We had 7 entries with 6 pilots with the Fox 35 speed event, the rules allow for multiple entries so John Moll entered two models. The weather was really nice for Late October in St Louis with Temps in the low 60's and minor winds but nothing that the Fox 35 speed models couldn't handle. We were flying until 4 pm due to the number of entries.
1) Bill Huges 96.04 mph
2) John Moll 95.14 mph
3) Jason Pearson 79.01 mph
4) John Moll 71.98 mph
5) Fred Cronenwett 71.23 mph
6) John Garrett 67.20 mph
7) Bob Arata 59.86 mph
Average speed was 77.20 mph so that award went to Jason Pearson
Now to download the pictures and get those posted. I flew my model with a stock Fox 35 that I bought on E-Bay. I have another Fox 35 and will be building a 2nd model. I hope that they add this event to the Brodak event, it really is lots of fun because any Fox 35 powered model can fly. John Garrett was flying a Ringmaster that has been flown in Old Time Stunt.
Here in St Louis we hold Fox 35 Speed in Feb, May, Oct for 2016
