I googled "Wright NW- 1 / 2 Mystery Ship" and the Paul Matt drawing link came up. Plus a bunch of other stuff.

I have emailed a couple of museums with photo archives on the subject -- and the Matt drawings are for complete collections not a single subject matter -- it's an odd looking aircraft - it killed everyone who tried to fly it.
