Eureka had a C/L kit of the Neptune in the late 50's to early 60's. They surface on eBay from time to time. When they do they command a pretty hefty tariff. I've seen at least one completed that turned out rather nice.

I looked in the AMA plans site and not see one for control line.  Same with Flying Models and Model Airplane News.   :(

Set of Berkley plans on the bay right now.  About 38" span but you could scale them up at Kinko"s to whatever you want the size to be.  Just need to figure out the scale factor and tell them what you want.  Looks like all the formers, etc., are on the drawings, although I didn't look real close at all of the plan.

Actually, those plans are from Aeromodeller, published in April 1961.  Berkeley never had a kit of the Neptune.

My dumb.  Had Berkley on the brain while I was typing.

Either way though, plans are available.  If the OP doesn't buy just might have to get the plans myself.

Built one for a guy from a Japanese kit back in the late 50's or so.  As I remember it was a real bear to build as the parts and pieces didn't go together very well, which I later found out was pretty typical of those kits back then.

Thanks guys for the responce this seems to be my only option there are kits with plans out there some where I talked to on person and they would not copy the plans to the kit for me said that it would take away from the value of the kit or would not sell the kit . My dad works for A print shop I have ackess to A copyer that has high resulutin to to make any size plan I need . Will keep you up dated and post photos as building starts

Tom, I have the Aeromodeller issue with the construction article containing the plan. It is 37.5" span C/L design. Let me know if I can be of help.
