Insulated flying line:
«
on:

I have just discovered that my source of insulated flying line will no longer ship 300 foot reels. They only have 30 foot, 100 foot and 1000 foot reels. I ordered a 1000 foot reel and will have a lot of extra wire available. It is .018 nylon covered, 60 lb test. I have already made 2 sets of flying wires but always wanted to have extra.
I will make different lengths available in limited supply.
E mail me for pricing for your needs.

Just to clarify, Dick?
You cite 0.018". Is that the core or the outer diameter?
If it is the core diameter, what is the outer diameter?
Btw, thanks! It's good to know there's now a respected source for appropriate lengths of this line...

If there is any interest, 4fishen.com lists Surflon in 300 ft. rolls for 30, 45, 60 & 90 lbs.

Thanks Vic,
I should have looked there too. I will have a lot of extra lines but someone will need some someday.

I just put in the surflon lines as leadouts in a Ringmaster..they are so easy to work with..especially when needing a nonslip hold when crimping eyes, etc.
