Vintage Racer?

Bought an OS 60 FP and the seller thru this plane and a K&B 35 in. Hoping someone can tell me if it was kit built or ??. Also would like to know the era(1950's or 60s) if possible. Plane as a pushrod activated spring loaded shutoff if that will help with the timeframe it was raced.
