Here is an event that has almost died.  As much as my son liked the pull, I missed the three up racing we used to do.  I like the new proposal, CLR-09-1 that passed the preliminary vote.  I have looked at the cross proposal CLR-09-1CP1 and think it should be instituted into the proposal.   I hope that it is passed.  Anybody out there know Jim Ricketts e-mail they can send me by private mail?  I think we all ought to get behind these proposals.  Later,  DOC Holliday

If Cabin Fever is any indication.  25 Slow Rat,three up with the ones that were there, fastest @ mid 15 sec/7, is no harder to handle than BTR.  Might be too difficult @ 10 mph faster, but they're not there, YET!  The F2C pilots thought that requiring only 2-ups was very wimpy.
