Brodak Foxberg Rules 2006-2007

Does anybody recall the 2006 rules?

The 2007 flyer lists the races as 100 & 200 laps.

What was it in 2006? I'm sure it was 70 & 140 in 2005. 

The winning times from 2006 imply that it must have been 70 & 140 last year.  Does anybody know for sure?
