I have posted the results for the NATs on the NCLRA website

Congratulations to Bob Whitney as the NATs High Point Champion. He is the first person to show up twice since we have been awarding it starting in 2000 (I think that's the first one).

Noteworthy for this year's NATs is the significant number of new records that were set: some due to significant rules changes that obsoleted the old records, but some just simply due to good performances.

Russ Green broke three (of four possible) records in B-TR as well as establishing new records for both the 70 and 140 lap distance in Slow Rat. And his TQR 70 lap time was quicker than the record but was only a 2-up and can't be claimed.

Russ was piloting for me when we broke the 100 lap record in SSR, as well as establishing the 100 lap record for F2CN.

Les Akre won F2CN but the 200 lap record will have to stay open for now since it was not a 3-up race. Same thing for Les' 172 laps in the 7-1/2 minute Clown Race since it wasn't a 3-up race.

Tom Fluker and Dick Lambert established the 100 and 200 lap records for F2C (new line size this year).

A good NATs in spite of the low turn-out. Those who didn't show up are the losers for it.
