I ordered balsa on Monday and it arrived on Thursday in Indianapolis, IN.

The Balsa I ordered was the Aero Light Bargin Grade, Contest Balsa 4 to 7 lbs.

I weighed each piece and it ALL meets the 4 to 7 lb range except for a piece of 1/2 x 3 x 36 at 3 3/8 lb. (Drool).

In my order was 32 sheets of 1/16 x 3 x 36 which weighed out 1 @ 4 1/2, 3 @ 4 3/4, 3 @ 5, 7 @ 5 1/2, 1 @ 5 3/4, 16 @ 6 and 1 @ 7.  The other sizes I received were in the same range.

They will get another order soon.

After Superior Balsa closed heir doors I have been buying all my balsa from national.  Their wood exceeds all my requirements.  Delivery is a bit long, but 3000 miles accounts for that.  I do not seek  contest grade balsa, but what I get is light enough for my needs.
T
heir order form on the net is really great as well.
