American Model Engine Encyclopedia
« on: November 24, 2006, 03:03:49 PM »
To All Interested;

A revue has been posted before But in light of what happened to us here it is again.

This book covers all model engines produced in the U.S. from 1911-1975 inclusive--20 pages just on FOX engines.

There are 252 pages plus its index. Each engine has a picture plus a discription.

I for one feel that this book is a must for all modelling enthusiasts not just engine enthusiasts.

Now a short story------A friend stopped by yesterday to get some info on a particular engine. When we looked it up we found the bottom corner of the page was missing.
  A quick e-mail to Betty Dannels yielded a quick response stating that the Encyclopedia would be replaced no questions asked and that I could keep the damaged one also.

These are the type of people you like to deal with, fantastic service.

This is getting long, so I am just going to post the web site, all the info. you need to purchase the book is there.

It's pricey $49.95+5.50SH
