North Coast Control Liners
« on: October 08, 2006, 07:04:26 PM »

THE NORTH COAST CONTROL LINERS MODEL AIRPLANE CLUB IS ALIVE AND WELL ON facebook!

Our original website at   www.control-line.net/wc/index.htm   is no longer active.
Steps to have it removed from search engines will probably prove futile, but we are trying.

The North Coast Control Liners have been an AMA chartered club since about 1985.
Our original flying site has been taken over sometime ago, by civic progress and we
relocated to the Cuyahoga County Fairgrounds in Berea OH.

There are three grass circles the county has set aside for the exclusive use as a
Control Line Flying Field. One for the exclusive use of the dark side. (electrics)
Google Earth says we fly at approx:  41 22.0157 N, 81 50.1077 W

The club currently has about thirty-five members, most actually fly now and then.

Visitors and AMA members are encouraged to visit our site. Trainers usually available for those that wish to "learn to fly".

During flying season we fly Tuesday evenings and Sunday mornings, weather permitting.

Business Meetings are held at 7:00 PM the third Tuesday each month.
Summer meetings begin at the flying field and migrate to McDonald's, just East down Bagley Road, for the business part.
Winter meeting are currently held at the Parma branch of the Cuyahoga County Public Library,6996 Powers Blvd, Parma OH.
