RM Clearcoat 727
« on: July 29, 2023, 11:55:34 AM »
Some years back in the late 90's we were looking for a top clear coat that was reasonably fuel proof but not as hazardous as Imron. Some guys starting using a product called RM Clearcoat 727. I not sure what it was but I believe it was an acrylic lacquer with high solids. Supposedly, one coat of 727 was like 4 coats of clear dope (sounds a lot like Lustercote). Does anyone remember this stuff and what type of paint it was?
