Is krylon Dual fuel proof? If not what canned spray paint is?

None really if you spray and go fly.   I Rustoleum has been mentioned on here several times.   I suggest you do a search on it, "Rustoleum".   Even my two part clear is not fuel proof if I leave raw fuel on it.   It takes a couple of weeks for most paints.  Still wish that K&B Epoxy colors were around.  I haven't tried Klaskote yet. H^^

In the old days of flying 1/2A planes, I would color dope one day and fly the next.  Maybe the dopes in the 60s were way more fuel proof than today's formulas.

HI John,

AS long as the dope dried, you would get a finish that resisted the burnt fuel getting on it.  It is raw fuel that does the most damage.

Exhaust is mainly oil, the nitro is gone by then, which is what will mess up the paint.

I used to use Hobby Poxy. You could never tell when it was dry without touching it. It always looked wet. Maybe Petit marine paint?
