Looks nice Marcus, I've been watching from the start. Models are kind of like people, as they develop, they have to go through that awful patchy scabby blemished looking stage before they turn pretty.
My Yak-9 is in that cruddy teenage horror looking phase today, soon to turn into a thing of beauty almost overnight, I hope. I used microballoons for the first time and made it through the learning curve fairly well. But have had to use spackling to fine tune and blend the curves. I hope it won't crack later. After the 1000 grit treatment, I soaked the spackle with CA to harden it. I think I'll look into this Superfil next time. I learn a lot watching you guys build planes. Thanks for posting.
And I finished reading your CLW articles, great entertainment, I appreciate that too. I even got my picture in that issue.
