I've been at this a long time, and I just hate to be without a Ringmaster to fly even just for fun if there was no OTS event. Just seems natural!
Andrew, it just gets better from here on out. You'll have a stumbling block or two along the way, but your path is set. Take what you learned from this one, and it's on to the next. But no sense in rushing things. Patience is something no one is born with, you have to learn it, and it comes hand in hand with experience. And it all breeds confidense! Confidense is what you need to really improve when flying the pattern. Build a nice, straight model with no problems built in, and it's easier to trim. If the airplane behaves well right off the bat, then it's easier to focus on any power plant issues you may have to deal with, electric or wet power. As you move up the skill levels, all of this gets refined and you look at things in finer detail. By then, you'll have learned a trick or two, built up some substantial experience, and that will help you work through the smaller more complex problems.
Keep it up!
