Who are these people?
« on: March 04, 2024, 06:45:38 AM »
Am I the only one who is getting outrageous views on threads?  As pf yesterday morning I had 42856 on my Endgame IV Build thread.  As of this morning I have 43824.   968 visitors and no posts?   Are Twin Canards that interesting?

Oops!  I went and read it and bumped it up to 44,444 !!  My bad.

Dave is probably right about bots, although they are not machines.  They are just a small piece of code / software that seeks out new addresses and new posts.  When they find something new they search it for useful (in a nefarious way) information.  Never publish your contact info in a public place, forum, social media, they can even read text in images.  I feel sorry for Mr. Twin Canard as his name has probably been listed on the Dark Web 40K times or so, and if they ever figure out his email or phone number he will start receiving ads and calls for car warranties and 50% off cable tv pricing (but you have to pay using Target gift cards).

With all of this encouragement I think I will take up bowling.

But Matt, it has an adjustable nose wheel.  That should count for something!

My SLC over Polyspan thread has over 112,000 views. I think Bob Hunt has one even higher. 🤠
