« on: September 12, 2009, 02:09:18 PM »
We have a friend we fly with that's looking to buy a ukie 35 just to learn how to fly.
Does anyone know where to buy it? I've search google for some time, no luck :(

Thanks,

I borrowed this the comment and address info on the U-key .35 from a fellow in New York.  I might add that I have a U-key .35 kit in the shop that I have had for 3 years and have yet to put it together.  Let us know how you come out on yours.  Contact the fellow listed below to get a kit.  He travels a lot and it might take a while to get in touch with him, but from what I hear about the U-key, it will be worth the effort.  y1

The new U-Key 35 from Jim Pearson makes a lot of improvements from the last generation of U-Key35s. The elevator is taped better, the fuselage has doublers that run the from the trailing edge to the nose, the coating is excellent etc etc etc. It looks like a real plane and not something you just spent $60.00 on! It looks great! Thank you Jim for putting out such a great plane for the novice flyer to learn on and the more skilled to do a full pattern with. Only took me 3 hours to build and I was flying the next day. Just glue the wings on, drill the holes for the motor strap on the tank and you're flying! No more worries about smacking your airship you spent weeks building into the ground when all you want to do is learn to fly.

If you're interested please order one and see for yourself.
