Well I am here at Paducah, Kentucky

Western Kentucky/Southern Illinois Stunt Champs

McCracken County Model Air Park

I arrived today around 4:00. I proceeded out to the field for a test flight after my crappy performance in INDY. Mike Smith launched for me on the first flight. everything went as planned. The second flight was a different story. This time Allen launched for me. Everything went fine until inverted flight. On the second lap it went dead stick. Without warning!  It's a grass field and nothing happened to the old dog. I am thinking it was a glow plug. When I took it out it still glowed hot. I will change it and try again tomorrow.

Bob,
If this is on the PA75 I'm using an OS "F" 4-stroke plug.  Mine flamed out on me several times till I went to the 4-stroke plug

Wish I could have made the trip. Too much action at work, and working second shift doesn't make it easy to leave at 0-dark thirty on Saturday morning. Hope it's not as hot there as it was last year! Man, that was down right OPRESSIVE heat and humidity
This is a really good contest, and a chance to fly with some of the southern guys we don't get to see very often. The field and circles are grass and pretty nice also.
Good luck and have fun everybody!
