Turkey Shoot At Buder Park
« on: November 13, 2020, 10:54:49 AM »
Balloon Busting practice for the Turkey Shoot at Buder park Sunday Nov.22. My answer to the "Garrison Balloon Popping Machine"? I sure hit many in practice but broke few. Wonder if those Breezy Flyers are practicing to come take the turkeys!

Stay tuned for further developments on The Turkey Shoot contest. They are starting more strict restrictions in St. Louis County beginning Tuesday morning. The main concern is the one that says we have to stay at home unless we are going to work, grocery store, doctor, or other essential purposes due to the ever increasing spike in Covid cases. They didn't say anything about closing the park. We had a club meeting last night and are prepared to get word out at the last minute of any cancelations.

Well for those not on our emailing list, the Turkey Shoot Contest for 2020 has been another victim of the Covid virus. They put some new restrictions and while they did not close Buder Park, they have limited gatherings too 10 people. That and the weather is going to be cool and quite a bit of rain. Going to be a good day to sleep in, so I got some practice at that today since it was also cool and rainy! We'll try again next year.
