There worth the money. I don't have one but I borrowed one from a friend to use and it produced a perfectly straight wing.

Agreed!
I've just finished the straightest, strongest and lightest wing I've ever built using a jig I built from Tom's specs.

I have an ajust-o-jig but would also be interested in getting the information on the Morris jig.  Will you be posting the information here?

Thomas: There's a hobby shop in Champaign that has about 4 packs of the Red Fusa jig formers or what ever they call them. Mine is the Full house version also but picked up a couple of extra packs.

Paul,

Here are some shots of my Wing Jig.  It's 48" long and about 17" deep.
I ripped off three one inch wide strips the full 48" length and screwed them evenly spaced to the bottom of the board.  The back fence is another 3" wide strip ripped the full length also and attached to the back with drywall screws and glue.  The adjustable sliders are angle iron and screws to hold them in place.  The grooves are a series of 5/16" holes drilled through the board, in line, then elongated with the same hand drill.
