The young and old of it
« on: July 08, 2007, 07:02:07 PM »
The pictures are of my nephew(wifes brothers son)and my father. My nephew ,Josh is learning to fly, just this weekend he flew his Super Clown arf for the 1st time.I suppose my father is a retread,as he flew from the early 50's to the early 70's.I'm not sure who smiles bigger after flying. There is something to be said for spreading joy, even in small ways,so I might not fly very well, but my planes do.

Some of my greatest joy was in teaching my sons and then my grand children how to fly.  I am now looking forward to the great grand children.
There is no greater sight than the expressions on their faces when they first solo, then loop, get their first win etc  Such pleasure.
