Team trials location and dates?

When and where will the team trials occur?

The best info I have is Tulsa,  OK.   The trials are usually held Labor Day weekend.    The only recent change to that was when they were in Houston.   Those were in October to avoid the worst of the heat.

Yes I am a member of the Tulsa Gluedobbers club and we had our meeting Sunday and we do not have enough personnel to do this. I was looking forward to help running this . What is the name of the Houston club that would be running this if it is going to happen? Ihope they will announce soon because if they are doing it I might be able to go watch and or help?

Not sure about a club there.   Frank Williams would be the head honcho.   He is already the Nats assistant director I believe .   That’s a great site for the trials.   If this was just decided about Tulsa then Frank has to submit an offer to host to the AMA and get it approved.  ( it would be).   So maybe we will know more at the Nats….

I  had heard through the  spring that Tulsa or Okla City were going to host it.  No official communication, just word of mouth.  Only in the last couple of weeks have I heard that this wasn't the case.  I haven't at any time this year said that we (Houston) was to be the host.  We were planning on going to Tulsa.

This should be discussed and resolved at the NATS Pampa meeting.

Thank you for the info. I was only guessing about Houston. If it is in OKC that would be better for me as it is much closer. I am hoping I can attend some of it ?

Sacramento,  California.  Dates unknown.   Likely around Labor Day.  This came out of a meeting of those concerned during the Nats.  Bob Hunt is acting as co-ordinator.

The date is Oct 13th, at Monday.
It will follow the Golden State Stunt Championships held on the 11th and 12th. Come early and fly your TT's plane there if  in fact you built it!
