Perry....I too am a bit frustrated with some of these one man show niche cottage industries guys and their web sites....BUT then you get to know the MAN doing this....Most over 60, web hosting update and and managment costs more than they make....many loose bucks on the web presence
Hell this web site Robert runs in the RED EVERY Year.... labor of love
I suspect many got more orders to fill than time to fulfill every body FAST.....I ahve never asked any of them to move ME to head of the line BUT I do know some contenders that need a thing right NOW do ask and get preference...and I am perfectly OK with that

Understand that each year we see one or more down for medical issues or moving
Some of these guys actually load out and GO TO THE regional contests some to compete
and on and on....
So in closing...Your "never again" sort of irked me..... I get all my contest balsa and many other things from Tom Morris and when the rare missing item happens he has always insisted on correcting the problem
c a few years back my log in did not work...I wanted to reorder some stuff...got frustrated so called him...took three days to get back to me.... he was at VSC...I was POed... Until I wasn't.... I am OK with the old man going to have fun and relax a bit...not like I needed the part to attend the Nats and whoop Brett Bucks butt
