South Arkansas Stunt Championships

To all of those interested...I was given the task of getting input concerning the date of the District VIII, South Arkansas Stunt Championships. The sponsor club (Model Aviators of South Arkansas) voted for the first weekend (as in 2008) in November, which was decided to be 10-31-09 thru 11-1-09. I just found out that some of the Dist. VIII folks thought the first weekend in November, to be the 7th thru the 8th. Help me out here. What would be the better choice?

Norm, I would think that the 7th-8th would be better, as many parents
or grandparents may want to do some Halloween activities with their

Where in Arkansas are you located?? I'm 25 miles south of Malvern on #9 highway.

We are located approximately 150 miles South of Little Rock and 75 miles Northeast of Shreveport, 75 miles West Northwest of Monroe. Hwy 167 runs through us. We are Arkansas's "original boom town." Oil and timber.
