Search for other CL fliers
« on: March 20, 2016, 09:38:18 PM »
Having recently gotten back involved in CL flying,  I am throwing this out there in the hopes that another CL flier near may see this.  I actually have a great place to fly, but I do not know anyone in my area that flies.   My interests are primarily combat, but have stunters and will be building a new Sport goodyear racer soon.   Anyone close to the Northern CO. area, it would be great to hear from you!

Check out these guys: http://www.eicnetwork.com/eic/Home/Home.html.  I know nothing about them except for the website (which looks pretty slick).

The problem with electric is that once you get the smoke generator and sound system installed, the plane is too heavy.

Mark Gerber and I live in the Fort Collins area (Windsor for me). You may recall that we flew together a time or two at Lincoln Middle School back about 5 years ago. Mark & I still fly there occasionally. Haven't been up there lately. I hear it's become a drone epicenter and they may have overrun the place. I've been mostly going down to Denver to fly stunt on the CL circle at Arvada Associated Modelers complex. You can contact me by email at mjpitcher67 at gmail dot com.

It would be WONDERFUL if everybody (this means YOU, Timmy!) would quit screwing around and put you TOWN and STATE in your profile. It doesn't hurt a damned bit. You won't get any door to door RO-Jett salesmen bothering you at dinner time. Just DO IT!   R%%%% Steve

HI Rich,
I flew with you and Dave Henderson a long time ago in the park behind the coliseum. It's good to hear you're getting back into it. I also fly with Jack Pitcher and Mark Gerber. It would be fun to fly with you again!

I don't live in a town.  But I do live in a state of permanent insanity.

Hey Chris!

You guys still flying eh?    Anyone around interested in combat anymore?   The Arvada site looks kinda dirty!  lol  We will definitely have to hook up and fly together.
