I have been trying to find the proposals for CLPA.  I finally gave up and went to the ask AMA section.  The response I got,  "The proposals will be available on the web in the Technical section  after October 30th".  Hope this will quiet some people down.  Hope our District IX people will read them whe available and respond.  Have fun,  DOC Holliday
