RSM distribution alive and well!

So, not sure if this warrants a new topic, but why not? I sent Mr Mike Hanson a PM here on Stunthanger. He replied immediately. I asked about an older project I had and if he could help me. He promptly gave me his email and said let's talk about it and get it going for you. Mike is very responsive to emails, and extremely helpful. I hope all of you guys looking for that special kit, give RSM a call or email. Sounds like he wants nothing more than to keep RSM on top of the customer service food chain. Thank you Mike.

I've received great service from RSM as well both in the Eric Rule era and the Mike Hanson era.  So far, I haven't bought any kits, just the nickel and dime stuff, which makes the service even more remarkable.

Mike I do get it!!....keeping up with a web site and phone calls, and e-mails eats every min of every day...Tis why I am customer now...no more building and selling computers...good bucks...but being help desk at 2:30 AM got old fast
