It turns out that raffle tickets MAY NOT be purchased via Pay Pal (they think it’s gambling!).

Mike will also purchase you raffle tickets for the Barnstormer and will accept a check….

It is all in the wording.  If you had said donations excepted for a raffle ticket all would have been okay.  Never say buy raffle tickets.
