Can someone tell me where the c/g is located? I built one in early 2014 from plans in Control Line World that came out in mid to late 2013. That issue had the Legacy 40 plans also.

I wouldn't take her to a dog fight even if she had a chance to win.

In the Flying Models article it say's to balance the model just in front of the wing spar,my Privateer is in storage
at present I can check at the weekend where it balances.
