Pictures from our flying session with the guys up north.

Well I got back last night and now on a real keyboard again. I hate typing on a PDA  HB~>. And not able to attach pictures.
Ryan started flying our little 1/2a SpitFire. (Ron B. sent us the plans) He can do the whole beginner pattern with it. We started flying it on 32 ft lines and about screwed us into the ground. What a kick in the pants!

Chris did his first pattern with some coaching from Mike S. And Dennis with his $5 RingMaster with K&B 35! I offered him $10 for it. LL~

Some folks can not handle the youtube videos due to dialup, so here are some pictures.

I had a great time,  I wish I would have known you were flying this saturday, I would have come on down.

Tom had a F2d contest in chicago.   He got 4th  out of 16 >:(

Now that you can fly 2 up, next year 1/2a combat?

Dave,
I thought we got a message to you. Sorry about that.

Ryan might be ready for it but I think I will stick to Stunt. He is much quicker then me. We did have a streamer tied to the back of his Flite Streak and Chris took a bite out of it with his with his ShoeString. It was a lot of fun just trying to keep up with them. As you can see we all had big grins on our faces.  ;D

Are you landing that little Spitfire on its bellcrank?? Doesn't seem kosher somehow...

Well the SpitFire really just kind of drops to the ground after the engine quits. But it is so lite that it not a problem. Very short engine run due to small tank.

So I was thinking about making it run longer. Not a lot of room for a tank. I was thinking about doing an inboard tank feeding the out board tank. I think you or someone said something like that in the past.
What do you think?
