Well, maybe not new aerodynamics, but something worth sharing.
It's not every day someone makes an announcement about CL stunt. Especially when no one knows who you are. :-) That's for sure!
However, I shared this with Howard Rush today and decided to tell the stunt world.
In 1962, I built a modified Aries with a twin boom. The really unique aspect of this design, was my "wing tip tab."
Never heard of it, I know.
The tab was a working control surface that moved in the opposite direction of the ailerons. On the Aries Twin, it was approximately 3.5" long. The Thunderbird required a longer one. Yes, I had this "wing tip tab" on many of the models I built and flown. Including a Flite Streak with a shortened tail moment.
A difference in performance? Absolutely.
Unfortunately I moved to R/C early on and never looked back at CL to see if anyone else had thought of such a device.
Well, there you have it.
Experiment, try it out, and go have fun.
I'm just looking for the credit of the idea and the credit for being the first person to use this "wing tip tab." Which I first used in 1962. Remember who invented it.
Absolutely nothing wrong with that.
Anyone want information, I'll be glad to share it.

Don Hartman, my childhood friend and CL flying buddy, is holding my design.
Don passed away a year later in 1963.
