On the Plans Hunt again - got a ton to swap
« on: July 24, 2007, 05:29:09 PM »
Seeing as there are a few new people around - I am looking for plans to add to my collection - basically what I will do is "borrow" your plan and scan it into my database.

I will trade plan for plan - I will provide paper copy to you of the plan you want to swap etc.....sound good?

Attached is a list of what I have, well, what I have catalogued - I have bout 50-60 more that are not on the list

Wynn,
Sounds very good.  How does it work?  Do people offer you plans they have that are not on your list?  Do you have certain designs you're looking for?

Wanting to increase the database I have so really looking for plans I do NOT have to do this...

What I ask is that you send me the plan - I scan it and return it to you with whatever plan you chose to swap with

I have done this a fair bit over the last couple of years - hence the number of plans I have at the moment

Wynn,

Do we email you first with "this is what I have and this is what I want"?  Also, are you going to list the 50-60 others you have so we'll know whether one we are offering is a duplicate from that group?

Kim.

e-mail me with what you have ......I have most plans commited to memory.....as in, I can remember if I have it or not

yes I will get around to putting the rest on a list......I only have a PC at work - so that makes it harder to fit time in - yes,  I am at work now and shouldn't REALLY be on a control line forum - but what can you do?

I saw the Ringmaster & Imperial, but not the Super. Have you got it?

Wynn;

If the "Fierce Arrow is the big one, not the 400 inch one, I will swap you a "Bi Ceps" for a copy, you did say I get mine back right?

Hello Wynn,

I have a number of plans, for various size stunters that are not on your list, but I'm over in England, would you still want to swap a few plans? Most of these plans would be vintage or classic.

Cheers Neville

Neville

Of course!  I live in New Zealand and have swapped plans with people from the States, Ireland, Brazil, Spain, France, Australia and the like  - so the more the merrier.

Let me know what you have and would like to swap for

Hello again,

Wynn, the plans that I can bring to mind that I don't see on your list are: Frog models Attacker 50" flapped kit from 1960, Veron Panther flapped streamline 19-35 size model from 1950, Mercury Monarch, flapped elegant kit from the 50's, Veron Combateer, basic looking stunter from the 50's for 19size motors, Keil Kraft Stunt Queen, 1950 gold trophy winner.  Do you have the KK Spectre, and KK Skystreak 40 plans as I have those too? I'm after the 1960 Still Stuka, and the Knakke, by Kari of Finland. I have boxes of plans I need to sort through, so there are plenty more!

Cheers   Neville
