Hey Paul,  We kept it pretty simple, we had these really nice sausages on long bread rolls with cooked onion and bbq sauce.   They were beaut.

I would love to come to Memphis one day...

Yes looking back, here in Australia the more popular engines have been the OS Max 35, Merco 35 in the 1960s and 70s the ST G21/46 in the late 70s and 80s, before the experts started using the bigger 60 engines.

As you can see there are still quite a few Tigre 46s around, thanks to the help of a few modellers who can recondition them and make them better than new in many cases.
