Here are some key dates:

Trophy sponsorship deadline: April 30
Sweatshirt order deadline: May 1 (no sweatshirts sold at the contest)
Deadline for guaranteed room rate at the Hampton Inn: May 9
Discount advance entry deadline: May 17 (Entries accepted on site at full price)
