Norfolk Aeromodelers
« on: July 06, 2007, 08:06:25 PM »
I will be spending the next week July 8 through the 14th at my daughter and son in laws place in Chesapeake.  If anyone is planning to fly anything at all, I would really like to come and observe.  Please send any comments to pattiandruss@yahoo.com.  I don't know if I will be able to get to this board from the kid's place.  Thanks, Russell

Willis Swindell is a member of this board and a long time member of the Norfolk Aeromodelers.  You will not find a better guy to go flying with!  I am sure that Willis and John Tate will take you out to Fentriss and you will have a great time. y1

Thanks guys.  Hope we can get together.  If not now, I'll be retired in a year and have some time for my next visit.  My son in law flies E2-C's for the Navy so I will definitely be back next year.

Russell I’m glad you could make it out to the field Sunday, wish we could have talked you into flying a plane. Nice too meet you and your son in law. I know he was very familiar with the Fentress air station.
