RSM Distribution Web Site Problem

We have become aware of a problem with the www.RSMDistribution.com web site.

It appears that a recent upgrade of the secure credit card processing portion the web site that was designed to increase the protection and security of our customer's financial data has resulted in a conflict with the order portion (shopping cart) of the site. This is seen when you attempt to pay for your order with your credit card. The site returns a message that the card can not be approved.

Now that we are aware of this conflict we are working to correct the problem. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In the interim period we would suggest that to order items from RSM Distribution that you send your order list to us by e mail (rsm1rule@rsmdistribution.com). Upon receipt of your wish list we will assemble your order, calculate the total including shipping and advise you of the total cost by e mail. Payment can then be made using our PayPal account.  Although not as easy as using the web site this method will retain a high level of financial protection for your valuable credit card information and allow you to obtain the items you need for your continued modeling activity.

We will advise you when this conflict within the web site is resolved.
