Need information on old engine: 1946 RB Special .299

This thing started life as a sparker. I doubt it would run as a glow unless the intake was choked down.

From what I understand the RB Sp'cl. 29 was a quality engine, and held your 29 speed record over the McCoys at one time, possibly in a Speedwagon, but don't quote me on that.
