need help finding a replacement plane
« on: July 09, 2007, 06:05:35 PM »
I know the classified forum is the appropriate place and have placed an ad there but if anyone knows of anyone with a Brodak Vector 40 ARC new in the box they might be willing to part with please forward my name to them. I need to replace my primary comp plane that got killed.

If you've tried SSHobbies.com and Virginiahobbysport.com and brodak.com with no success, then you really do need to find a "kit hoarder"!

Yea, I've tried both. Brodak didn't get enough ARC's not expecting the demand for them to be as great as it turned out to be. That's why I'm making the online plea, I'm hoping someone will part with one they aren't going to get to this year.

I noticed earlier that Stuka Stunt Works still has Brodak planes listed on their website. You might try there.

from what I hear the ARCs are a few months away - just get and ARF and strip the covering off.......it comes off pretty easy

I have what you want and happily will post but I'm in the UK so imagine it will be costly ; it cost me a packet to get it here! Perhaps as a last resort?

Try Wayne Buran in Ohio. He's always got what's needed.
