Welcome back Steve
« on: September 06, 2020, 04:38:34 PM »
This is Steve he signed up for RC lessons (I'm also our clubs CFI) and while chatting he mentioned he flew control line 10 years ago, I perked up up like a 5 year old and went into some detail of what I fly, he mentioned he had a laser cutter and a set of Tomahawk plans, the following training night I surprised him with a  engine and tank and a few weeks later he surprised me with a finished model and this is his first flight.  y1 <= #^

Tomahawk looks great.  I have both Brodak kits of the Tomahawk.   I think the original is the better looking of the two.  May get them built this winter. H^^

Tomahawks forever! That's one fine flying plane! You can go a long way to get as much fun per ounce as you get with this outfit! I have many pleasant memories of the Tomahawk! Keep 'um flying!

Aw, gee, thanks!  :-[   Steve

PS: I've got a Tomahawk II in my shop that I need to fly. Gonna make up a set of lines from Power Pro and give that a try.  y1
