I'd say B.40, but the way they sell replacement parts is scary. Who came up with the idea of selling pistons seperately from cylinders? They should come in one package, as a match set, IMO. I believe Brodak brought in parts and they were assembled in PA, perhaps by Tom Hampshire himself. If I had a B.40 (I don't), that needed fixin', I'd send it to Brodak...or maybe Tom, depending on what it needed. They're said to bolt in where an OS .35S does.
I'm also curious who/where the current Brodak engines are manufactured? At first, the .40's were made by Double Star (aka "Two Star") in Moldova, but apparently DS went out of business. I have an early DS .60bb (Super Tigre clone but ABC) that is truly marvelous. I have no idea where the 1/2a's are made, and kinda curious. The .15 and .25?
