Jap Tissue.......
« on: July 07, 2007, 02:49:03 PM »
D>K  Hey Guy's,  I seem to have remembered something about how to remove wrinkles from Jap tissue.
I am thinking that it was ironed. I am looking for the setting of the iron and does it have to be put between other objects.
In other words any info that you can share will be helpful...
       Thanks,

You can also get excellent tissue from Aerodyne. See:

(Too many irons; not enough fire)

I am lucky in that the Hobby Shop (hour away) I get to visit (Hayes Hobby House in Fayetteville, NC) has been in business over 40 years.  The owners have Peck Polymer's Jap Tissue on hand.

I have also picked up some of Campbell's Jap Tissue.

On the video from Robin's View about using jap Tissue, I *think* one method of shrinkiing is spritzing Isopropyl alcohol on it.  I'll have to watch that video again! ;D
