Leader Member re-fire

When Dave Mathewson was elected, he decided to try to do more with the Leader Member program. He appointed someone and things were proposed....then the appointee became too busy to follow up.
Another person was appointed, and much the same happened.
The Leader Member program has a lot of potential, and just last week another stepped forward to administer the program....there is even a web page with FAQ's and stuff.....I sure hope that this attempt really gets off the ground......
