Bob, thanks for putting the results up on SH.  The day started out still and cold. not unbearable probably in the low 40's  A lot of flying was going on. The cloud cover prevented the sun from warming us up. The number of fliers was really good and everyone was in a good frame of mind. Seeing old friends is always nice. The pilots meeting was called and everyone gathered round. It was announced that the club was interested in having another event in April ans asked for a showing of hands for the interested parties. Many raised there hands. The new site for the KOi is really good. Very close by is the Saint Augustine Outlet mall and it is surrounded by many hotels and places too eat. The fields are vast and in good repair. Grass yes but not Muncie grass this is the good stuff. We all met the property owner his name is Joe Petty. Joe is a nice man and flies CL as well. The RV camp Ground that is the entrance to the flying site is also Joe's Property. The sun broke out and the temperature got nice very quickly. The winds where calm all during the 1st rounds. After the break the weather for the second round became more challenging. By 3:45 it was all in the book and we all went out for super at the many places that the area offers. The KOI finally has a great home and will be well attended in the years ahead.

Saturday was the best day Northeast Florida has had for flying in more than a month.  Sunday should be equally as nice, rain Monday.
