I just wanted to take the opportunity to say a big "Thank You" to all who had any thing to do with this weekend's King Orange Internationals.

Thanks:
    To the judges who gave their time freely
    To the Pit Bosses who kept things moving along
    To Cindy and Cindy who handled the food concessions and to the boys who helped them
    To my daughter Sunny and grand-daughter Maggie for handling registration/tabulation
    To Andrew for helping with tabulation
    To Joe and Laurie Petty for making the Field of Dreams a reality
    To Phillip Whitley for getting us on television
    To Mother Nature for smiling on us all weekend
    And a very special "Thank You" to all those who came and participated in the KOI.  Without you, there wouldn't be a KOI.

I don't believe the weekend could have been any better.

The X-47 club did one of the best jobs known -- that is: running the 2011 King Orange International CLPA contest.  The contest will be talked about  for at least a year, until the next KOI , for sure.   We'll go back next year to see them top this one, and I'm betting they will try to do it.   Thanks again X-47s.
