Ice-O-Lated, St. Louis
« on: February 09, 2014, 10:13:02 PM »
Wanted to post this before we get to close to the contest.  Since I have gone electric I have a 60 size PA plane that was built for a PA 61 pipe.  I'm thinking about selling it rather than trying to convert it over to electric so if anyone who will be at the contest would be interested (not interested in shipping) send me a PM, email or call and I can give you the specifics and forward some pics.  I didn't post this in the classifieds because I don't want to ship the plane, if I'm out of line here Sparky please delete.

Thanks,

James

Hey Fred looking forward to it.  This is a plane I flew a few years ago and not sure I want to go through the effort to convert it to electric, but it would be a good one for someone flying IC.  I'll be flying the SV 11 I flew last September.

Hey Fred! Did ya see my signiture on the square pad? I got in a couple of flights on my Flight Streak on the way to work today. Weather for Sunday is calling upper 30's, maybe low 40's and sun shine. Saturday may actually be just a bit better, Either way, it's a far site better than what we have been having! Felt real good getting a couple flights today! And it wasn't even very muddy between the parking lot and the square pad! y1 Hope to see some of you guys Sunday,
    Type at you later,

I'm off both Saturday and Sunday!  I'm planning on checking out the field on Saturday around noon, hope to see some of our out of town friends there!

Fred, I'm available to judge and/or fly on Sunday.  See you then!

Steve

Well I was planning on being there, but, blew my travel money the weekend before.  Nothing like having a Sister-in-law that knows taxes.

Great pics, and NO snow. The way things are going around here we'll be lucky to see the grass before June. I wish I was kidding. :(
